Yoga has a strong sexual connotation for many; maybe it’s the flexibility, maybe it’s all the time spent with your ass in the air. But could some of those classic yoga poses actually work as sex positions? It’s possible! Happy Baby Pose

If you’re looking for a more intimate take on missionary, look no further. Simply lie back, then raise your legs above your head, bending them at the knees, essentially throwing your legs over your head (or close to it), knees close to your ears – this makes your hips level for a deeper and more vigorous experience.

Bridge Pose

The bridge pose is a deceptively easy position to get into at first but maintaining it can be a challenge. If you need some additional support, try popping a few pillows underneath your hips.

Start by lying on your back with your feet flat on the floor, then push your hips up to form a straight line from your shoulders down to your knees. This position is excellent for your core, as you’ll tighten your stomach to maintain the pose. It’s also a fun way to intensify either missionary position or girl on top and creates a little more intimacy.

Tree Pose

A perfect position for the shower; raise one foot, bending your knee and rotating your hip outward, then place your foot on the opposite inner thigh. It also doubles as a core workout, so it’s guaranteed to make you feel good!
